"Turf Tigers" are the 2008 USSSA State Champs-Class D
August 16, 2008 was a winning day for the "Turf Tigers " Softball Team.
They captures the 2008 USSSA State Championship title in Thomson, Georgia at Sweetwater Complex.
The team consist of young men from Bacon, Appling, and Jeff Davis Counties.
The team won the State Championship Title and $1,000.
Each team member received a State Champs tee-shirt.
